For customers interested in access to the Platform 2.0 beta we encourage you to contact us through sales@fugue.co for more information.

What do I need to get started?

  • An AWS GovCloud account and the AWS CLI configured for your account

  • One of our supported operating systems:
    • macOS El Capitan (10.11.*), macOS High Sierra (10.13.*)

Can I run the Fugue Platform 2.0 beta Conductor and my existing Fugue Platform Conductor (versions 1.8 and earlier) at the same time?

Yes. Users can run Fugue Platform 1.8 (and earlier), and the Platform 2.0 beta software in the same AWS account. Fugue Platform has mechanisms built to in manage any potential API throttling, though having additional software installed in the same AWS account as both versions of Platform may create conflicts. If you need assistance with your setup or configuration reach out to support@fugue.co.

Is writing Ludwig for Azure different from writing Ludwig for AWS?

Ludwig, the language itself is the same. Users will reference the Azure libraries for module information but general structure is similar to that found in Ludwig used for configuration with AWS. Refer to the Fugue Standard library in /opt/fugue/lib.

For example, the following composition creates an Azure resource group.

import Terraform.Azurerm

rg-main: Terraform.Azurerm.ResourceGroup.ResourceGroup {
  name: "fugue-test",
  location: "usgovvirginia"

Will Platform 2.0 beta support all of the features available in Platform 1.8.2?

We will continue to add features including validations and RBAC to Platform 2.0 as part of future releases. We anticipate including all features currently available in Platform 1.8.2 in the GA release of Platform 2.0.
